The Mayweather vs. Cotto Fight Replay & Updates

Mayweather vs. Cotto Fight Replay & UpdatesIt happened May 5, 2012 at the MGM Las Vegas, Nevada where Mayweather Jr here fought brave and hard against the defending WBA Super Welterweight title Miguel Cotto here! And to tell you the truth, it was kind of like a tough match at first! But then as the match progresses, you can tell that Floyd Mayweather here is just having a hard time trying to be in control of the game for Miguel Cotto was able to hit him with combination shots and that He’s nose was actually the one that’s getting hit and that it was actually bleeding! If you get to Watch Mayweather vs. Cotto Replay, you’ll get to see one more time how Miguel Cotto here was able to compose himself and was able to go inside and hit Mayweather.

To tell you the truth, I was actually shock after watching the Mayweather vs. Cotto fight replay! It’s like seeing Mayweather not in control of the game! I mean, I didn’t really believe that Cotto here will stand a chance against the undefeated Mayweather and that He’ll be able to last until the last round which He actually did! And not just that! It’s like Miguel Cotto here was able to hit some crucial and big shots on Mayweather’s face that sends it bleeding!

Miguel Cotto did played it hard during his fight against Mayweather Jr. But there’s this clear and obious defensive stand about Mayweather that Cotto can’t seem to break in. Watch Mayweather vs. Cotto Fight Replay and catch the stand and the skills that Mayweather was able to displayduring the fight! What I’m telling here is the perfect defensive stand that keeps Cotto away from hitting Mayweather badly, not to mention the jabs, combination and power that Mayweather Jr. unleashed against Miguel Cotto which actually is the reason why He won via hunanimous decision during the Mayweather vs. Cottor Fight last May 5, 2012.

This is like one of the most watched and the not so anticipated fight in boxing at first, but then it became big news for it was like a pre-fight to find out whether or not Mayweather Jr. here can stand a chance against Pacquiao in the ring!

Why I Will Watch Mayweather vs. Cotto Fight Live?

I’m one of the fans of Manny Pacquiao and despite this, I don’t hate his opponents. I even follow their tracks and records right after their clash with my idol. And one of the of the most interesting fighter that I really love to see fight is Miguel Cotto of Puerto Rico. Why? Well despite his defeat against the Pacman, he still continues and redeem himself by winning championship fight and stealing belts from undefeated fighters like the title from Yuri Foreman. And now he will be fighting against the undefeated boxer from America which happened to be the most dream fighter to fight against Manny Pacquiao. I am referring to the controversial and not so likable (in the country, I don’t know in other countries) Floyd Mayweather Jr.

I don’t like how Floyd bad mouth Manny but I still want to see him fight for I believe that he got the skills to defeat his opponent. His fighting style is quite different and I think even Pacquiao will have  a hard time penetrating the defensive shells of this boxer. Now, with the great records of Miguel Cotto, I believe that Mayweather vs. Cotto is a really interesting match that is a must watch.

This is the reason why I buy already a pay per view from Cignal TV which only costs me about P299.99 which is about $7+. Yes, I know you can find a lot of website where you can possibly watch Mayweather vs. Cotto live online on May 5 but I still prefer the PPV. Its much clearer and there’s no fear of pausing or suddenly it stops because of bandwidth issues or it was take down.

Aside from the main event, we can see also Shane Mosley fight again for the Welterweight undercard. Let see if the “old man” can still fight. Well, watch out for it and let’s just hope that we will not be disappointed by the results and the quality of the fights.

Mayweather Vs. Cotto 24/7 Episode 1: The Preparations for the Big Fight

The Mayweather vs Cotto Fight is bound to happen on May 5, 2012 and as the big fight comes near, the two huge boxers are already doing thorough preparations to become fully fit and equipped when the big event happens.

On Saturday night, it was the debut of the Floyd Mayweather vs. Miguel Cotto 24/7 series with a very hot and exciting episode 1. The fight is three weeks out and both fighters have been in camp for quite some time already. The Mayweather vs Cotto 24/7 Episode 1 started with Floyd Mayweather hanging out with 50 Cent, talking about how he made 24/7 the show. He was pretty confident that he was the reason for making the show and not Miguel Cotto could only get 10 minutes and the rest will be left for him and Money Team.

It has been four months now since Cotto had a rematch against Antonio Margarito and during this episode, they had a flash back to that fight, the first fight between the two. Cotto talked about how he was doing well in the first night, but he just wasted his energy, and not doing that was the difference. During this time, Cotto was able to burst Margarito’s eye up, distracting his opponent. Now, on Mayweather Cotto 24/7 series, we were back to Las Vegas and the Mayweather gym. The members of each team were introduced during this first episode, including Uncle Roger and the rest of the team, and everyone going about their business in the same way.

The next episodes are going to be exciting and you can tune in on it every week on HBO.

During a hearing to obtain his boxing license in the state of Nevada, the WBC Welterweight Champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. announced to the public that he is scheduled to have an incoming fight this May 5 and his opponent is going to be the WBA junior middleweight champion, Miguel Cotto.

If you can still remember, Cotto also fought with the pound-for-pound king Manny Pacquiao, the one most boxing fans wanted Mayweather to fight. Cotto is also the frontrunner to face Manny Pacquiao on a rematch this June 9, but the fighting wweight was a major sticking point so Pacquiao refused to fight above the welterweight limit of 147, while Cotto was only willing to go down as low as 150-pounds.however, even if these issues are all coming out, the press still insists that what the people wants is for Mayweather to fight against Pacquiao, but that is yet to come for the two seems to have problems yet with their fight.

Watch Miguel Cotto vs. Austin Trout This 1st of December

Will you watch Cotto vs. Trout fight? Well, Miguel Cotto (37-3, 30 KO) who is from Puerto Rico will be facing a much younger and undefeated boxer from US who is currently the WBA light middleweight champ named Austin Trout (25-0, 14 KO). After Cotto’s defeat from his last fight against another American boxer – Floyd Mayweather Jr., he can not be stopped and still continue to challenge champs and will try to steal from the younger Trout.

Trout-Cotto fightThe fight will be held on December 1st this year at the Madison Square Garden in New York, USA. This boxing event is promoted by Golden Boy Promotions. Some boxing enthusiasts are comparing this boxing event with the Dec. 8 Pacquiao-Marquez 4 but I believe this is far different. This boxing event that features Cotto and Trout will surely write something in the history of boxing.

You might want to watch the following video showing the most recent Cotto-Trout NYC press conference:

Miguel Cotto: “I am really excited to come back to my second home. Fighting at The Garden is always special for me and a true pleasure. There is something unique in the atmosphere and it means a lot to me every time I fight there because the energy of the fans gives me extra motivation. Austin Trout will be a challenge for me, but I will win my fifth world championship on December 1.”

Austin Trout: “Miguel Cotto needs no introduction. He’s a true champion and one of the best fighters of the last 10 years, but I’m the present and future of the sport and this is just the showcase I need to prove to the world that I’m one of the best, pound-for-pound. I can’t wait to fight in such a legendary place like Madison Square Garden; it’s every fighter’s dream.”

Now if you want to witness this big event, then you should check out your cable providers for the rate of the pay per view or you can check out from various websites like Telepisodes.net and the like to watch the non-televised undercard fights and/or the main event.
